Swoopin' Along with Lynda Dunham-Watkins

this post is very special for me. I met this wonderful, talented woman when I participated in a blogging workshop lead by Suzanne McMinn, (Chickens in the Road) "Color Me Blogging".
Lynda is a polymer clay artist and makes the most amazing pieces. She has recently begun an exploration into bead-making too, and she has more energy than anyone I know. Her blog, Swoopin' Along was one of the first I visited when I was exploring my fellow classmate's blogs and I was an immediate fan. She has taken me on so many delightful journeys with her, introducing me to her grandkids, fishing holes, her hometown, the local art gallery, her daughter's home in OK, and so much more.

Lynda is a powerhouse of a person who says yes to life and is such an inspiration for me and, I'm sure, many many others as well. I am happy to call her my internet blogging buddy. I hope you will pay her a visit and say hello. She is worth the trip, believe me! A genuine example of a happy happy person. She is celebrating her 200th post on her blog. Check it out ~

A Celebration--The 200th
I think this is the 204th post and our giveaway is a celebration of reaching the 200th.Gosh, if we ever reach 200 followers/readers, we'll have a really big one!! Wouldn't that be neat? A goal for next year? Sounds good to me.....And I mean in our regular Follower block, not just the Networked Blog thingy. And so just a couple of items for you to do in order to enter the Give-A-Way:

1.) We'll do this even if we only have a few of you...don't have to have bunches. That'll be nice but not necessary. I'll post the winner on Monday, Sept. 28th, so you can still enter until Sunday, the 27th- 12am. That's a full week and should be enough time. Only one entry per person, no double- whammies!

2.) I've seen many of these with so many things to do that I just won't participate, so I'm keeping this to a minimum. All I ask is that:

(a) You put a link to my blog and website on your site in your blog list/favorite websites. If you have a blog and a website, please link on both.

(b) You become a follower of the blog by clicking on the 'Follow' button in the sidebar.(b) You mention the give-a-way on your blog (if you have one). Feel free to copy this and use it on your space.

(c) If you don't have a blog, please refer at least one person as a reader and follower and ask them to let me know who sent them in the comment section.

(d) And the way you enter is by leaving me a comment in the comment section and by commenting on occasion. If you win, I will need your email or blog address, so be sure it is listed correctly when you comment. Now, it can't get any simpler than that. Oh, want to see what I'm giving away?? I had a difficult time making up my mind. I thought about a piece of jewelry but I don't have any finished yet! LOL Hope you will enjoy this if your name is drawn.I sculpted him from Cernit and mounted him on a beautiful piece of Manzanita wood. He's about 4 inches tall.Thank you so much for being here. I've enjoyed writing each post.

In the blogosphere we all come across people who entertain us, make us laugh, cry, and speak out. Lynda lifts people up, and that is no small accomplishment. I am so very happy to call her my friend.

Have a beautiful day
